  4. You are solely responsible for your conduct, and any data that you submit, post and display on THEDUSTB.IN
  5. You must not submit, transmit, or post worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature
  6. You must not, in use of THEDUSTB.IN violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  7. THEDUSTB.IN has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party users. In addition, THEDUSTB.IN will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party user. By using THEDUSTB.IN platform, you expressly relieve THEDUSTB.IN from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party user.
  8. THEDUSTB.IN reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of THEDUSTB.IN platform at any time.
  9. THEDUSTB.IN will terminate a User's access to its Platform if, under appropriate circumstances, they are determined to be a repeat infringer.
  10. THEDUSTB.IN reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. THEDUSTB.IN may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
